Alcrete supply and fit 100mm thick precast wideslab floor units for The Alcrete House system but a timber first floor can also be accommodated if necessary.

The 100mm wide slab contains a 12.5mm diameter prestressed stand and the floor is fixed to the precast walls using a 12mm steel strap.

The precast walls have a 65mm minimum bearing, with 10mm load bearing mortar bedding, which houses the precast floor.
