Description:

This project consists of 4 No apartment units over two floors and retail space on the ground floor. The project included the supply, delivery and erection of precast solid walls, precast floor slabs complete with precast columns and beams. The projects exterior was then completed using a 100mm phenolic external insulation render panel which has recently been approved by homebond.
