Description:
This development consists of a total of 11 No. blocks of apartments. They vary in height from 4 stories to 6 stories including a penthouse. The development contains 200mm thick solids walls, 275mm thick concrete floors and precast stairs and landings through-out.
The external cladding was finished using either a 150 thick coloured precast stone pattern cladding panel or a 150 thick solid precast panel finished with a coloured thin coat render.
