Description:

This development consists of 2 No. 8 storey precast structures, erected off a 4 storey insitu transfer structure. The development measures in total, 120,000m2. The lower levels of each building consists of retail outlets and multi storey car parking. Above these, each building incorporates a number of different sized apartments from 2 and 3 bed duplexes to penthouses. The precast items within these buildings include, walls, floors, stairs, and cantilever balconies, with a certain amount of steel slimfloor beams allowing for a lighter structure above transfer level.
